2009 年12 月成立，在无锡市惠山区洛社镇拥有分三期开发的占地 468.42 亩地产项目。其中，一期“南光•

洛龙湾”项目是无锡市及惠山区政府“城市化发展战略”中率先启动的重大项目，总建筑面积22 万平方米，

产品类型丰富，包括联排、洋房、高层及社区商业，曾荣获中国地区混合住宅类型最高标准的五星最佳建

筑大奖。二期“碧桂园• 南光城”项目采取与碧桂园集团强强合作方式，联合开发，产品以改善型商品住

宅及其配套商业为主，总建筑面积50 万平方米。

Established in December 2009, it has a 468.42 mu real estate project developed in three phases in Luoshe

Town, Huishan District, Wuxi City. Among them, the first phase of the project named “Nam Kwong•Luolong

Bay” is the earliest “Urbanization Development Strategy” project initiated by Wuxi City and Huishan District

Government , with a total construction area of 220,000 square meters and rich product types, including

villa, townhouses, high-rises and community business. It has won the five-star best architectural award of the

highest standard of mixed residential types in China. The second phase of the project named “Country

Garden•Nam Kwong City” with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters is jointly developed by

Nam Kwong and Country Garden Group in a win-win cooperation developing model. The products are

improved commercial housing and its supporting businesses.
